Team Motorex KTM’s Toby Price claimed both the E2 class win and outright victory at Round 5 of the Australian Off-Road Championship in Moruya, NSW.

Team riders Jarrod Bewley and Ben Grabham also put in stellar rides to claim the E1 and E3 class wins respectively.

The Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship Series kicked off with the 42^nd running of the annual Hangtown Classic in Sacramento, California.  Josh Grant was the sole Muscle Milk/Toyota/JGRMX Team rider on hand, as Justin Brayton is still recovering from a practice crash sustained last week.

Grant set the fastest time during qualifying earning his choice of gate pick for the first moto.  Grant rounded the first turn of moto one in fourth position.  Over the ensuing 30 minutes he would stalk the third place rider, at times pulling up alongside.  With two laps to go Grant made his move into third, and with less than a lap remaining he made the pass into second finishing just behind the leader.

Team Husqvarna's Glenn Kearney rode to a solid 6th place finish at Round 7 of the GNCC Series in Somerset, PA.  Kearney also holds down 6th in the overall championship standings.

After a disappointing 6^th place finish at the last round, I knew I had some work to do.  When I got home I went back to the drawing board and rode double sessions almost every day.  In this sport, as with any other, you get back what you put in. My last practice session before I left for TN left me working on my f4i after flipping it during a stoppie. After a couple hours of repair work, I gave it a quick test and then hit the open road for Nashville.

I had the feeling that it was going to rain in TN so every time it rained in CT I was on my bike getting comfortable with my tricks on
